Bitjli (https://bitjli.app) is an online betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. Accessing, registering on, or using any service on this platform constitutes your agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between bitjli and its members. bitjli reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and users will be notified of any changes via notification.

You are solely responsible for the security of your bitjli account. Never share your password or login credentials with anyone.

• Keep your password strong and change it regularly.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• Inactive accounts (unused for 12 months) will be automatically closed.
• You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before your account is closed.

Bitjli currently supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred BDT). Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

• Only use payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Transactions made using third-party payment accounts will be cancelled.
• If your deposit is unsuccessful, please contact support within 24 hours.
• Bitjli may place a hold on transactions flagged as suspicious while an investigation is carried out.
• If a deposit fails, a refund will be issued in accordance with the payment gateway's policy.

Deposited funds may only be used for betting purposes. If there is any evidence of money laundering or other illegal activity, the account will be immediately closed and legal action may be taken.

To withdraw your winnings from bitjli, your account must have a completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals can only be made through a verified payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Additional verification may be required for your first withdrawal.
• Additional verification applies to large withdrawals (over ৳1,00,000).
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held in cases of suspicious activity.

A set of general rules applies to all bets placed on bitjli. These rules cover all betting types — cricket, football, lottery, or jackpot — equally.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match is fully cancelled, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• If a match concludes before the scheduled number of overs, bet outcomes will be determined based on the circumstances.
• Bitjli is not responsible for bets that fail to process due to network issues during Live Betting.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds, bitjli reserves the right to recalculate and settle it at the correct odds.
• The maximum stake per bet varies depending on the market.

In accumulator or multi-bets, if any single event is cancelled, that leg will be removed and the remaining events will be settled as usual. In the event of any dispute over a result, bitjli's decision is final.

Bitjli regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated in the offer details.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members once only.
• The designated wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be used.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered first.
• If a single person uses multiple accounts to claim bonuses, all associated accounts will be closed.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once the promotion period expires.
• Bitjli reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bitjli platform. Violations will result in permanent account termination and, where necessary, legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse or system exploitation.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Deceiving or harassing other members.
• Attempting to breach or compromise platform security.
